| Buying a home is a very emotional process in itself. But having an agent that you can call and count on every step of the way is by far the best comfort you can have. Ms. Daisy was very much a blessing to me and was not just another agent out trying to make a sale. | My husband and I are from central Jersey and needed to relocate to south Jersey in order for him to be closer to his job. We found Daisy through my husband's company since she deals with company re-locations. Daisy was very professional and extremely patient with us during the whole process. My husband and I were committed to stay within a particular price range and Daisy made sure that we did not settle for anything less. We visited over 50 homes until we found exactly what we were looking for and Daisy never pressured us. We enjoyed working with her and had a lot of fun looking at houses together. | We began working with Daisy in the beginning of 2014. I had reached out to several agents the year before and Daisy was the only agent to follow up with us. She responded quickly to all of my emails, texts, and phone calls. I have worked with agents in the past and always felt like I was chasing them to get answers or even a return call. Daisy never made us feel we were not important to her. My husband truly appreciated her no pressure approach. She was very patient and more than willing to show us house after house until we found the home that hit most of the items on our wish list. She put us in touch with Alex Taberne who was able to secure a mortgage for us in as little at 3 weeks. That was important to us because the short sale was contingent upon a settlement date that didn't give us much notice. We were actually able to settle a week ahead of schedule because of the team he has in place. He was fabulous. The two of them make a very strong team. |

She helped me with the process and preparation of putting my home on the market. Within hours of listing, my first appointment was scheduled and they continued steadily for the next few weeks. | Performing a cross-country move while buying a house is never an easy task. Daisy made this move and the purchase very easy to deal with. From the time I first contacted her and gave her the dates and search parameters for what we were looking for in a home, all the way to the end at settlement was a stress free affair. If there were ever any questions that I had, they were answered almost immediately. There was no confusion as to what was going to happen throughout the process. She was very accommodating for the specific timeframe we had to look at houses. We only had a one week period to look at houses and to be under negotiation by the time we flew back across country. She was able to do this with ease as well. Overall, our experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Daisy to any of my friends that were looking to buy here in the area. |

| When we first were introduced to Daisy in November 2013, we didn't think we would be moving into our new home until the end of 2014. Daisy linked us with Alex Taberne and he worked to get us preapproved. Alex and his team made the approval process as simple and painless as possible. Daisy was all of the above and much more, my initial experience with Weichart was not so great but as soon as they put Daisy in charge of my account everything changed. | On October 1, 2013, my husband and I bought our dream home. Daisy was our realtor as well as the seller's realtor. After we noticed this home for sale (we noticed it by driving by, then looked it up on the internet), we decided to contact the selling agent, directly. And that is when we first met, Daisy. From that day, Daisy would end up spending "countless hours" and dedicated attention to us (as well as her seller) in order to make us both happy and provide a smooth and fair transfer of selling to buying. This house just so happens to be a very old home on a very affluent street and therefore severely undervalued because the potential buyers would need to put in an unpredictable amount of time and money into it - before making it a "home". That being said, Daisy had to work 10X the amount of energy for a home that in the end did not even really provide her a fair compensation. In spite of this, Daisy dutifully put in hours upon hours of her time - showing the property, being there on countless occasions when we needed to have several contractors provide quotes and information, and of course serving as a liaison to both the seller and my husband and me. We happen to know several wonderful realtors, and my husband even has his Realtor's certificate. HOWEVER, hands-down - we will ONLY work with Daisy with any real-estate action moving forward (we also invest in rental properties) as she is by far the HARDEST working realtor we have ever known. On a personal note, Daisy is also very kind and very caring. We believe that she was just as happy as we were upon buying our dream home. |

| I hired Daisy Davis to sell my home in Philadelphia to purchase a new home in New Jersey. I was very satisfied to see that she was very knowledgable on both the PA and the NJ markets. She was well prepared to answer any questions I had and she quickly hit it off with my wife which really was a plus. "A happy wife is a happy life" they say. Originally we priced my house for $120,000 and at the end Daisy was able to sell the house for $121,000. I was very happy with the sale because usually houses end up selling under list price. That is what I call a good negotiator!! On my new home Daisy was very patient with me looking at homes until we found the perfect home for my family and I. I purchased the home for just under list price and with sellers assist which covered all my closing costs. Thank you Daisy we appreciate your expertise. |

| When we listed our home with Weichert our realtor left shortly after we listed. Our listing was handed over to Daisy. We feel it was a "blessing in disguise ". If not right away, then sooner than later and always at least before the end of the day.
