I have been selling real estate in central Minnesota for the past 12 years. I received my Graduate of Realtor Institute designation of few years back to continue to increase my educational background of real estate. I also recieved my BA in Marketing from Upper Iowa University in 1993. Also am an avid golfer and played in college for 4 years. My father was a Realtor in the area for years so I have been a part of real estate most of my life. Our area is known for the 26 lakes that surround us; knowing the lakes and different values on each of lakes allows me to better represent my clients. The area offers lakeshore, land, residential and commercial opportunities. My brother and I also own the local appraisal company which allows me to stay on top of the current market trends and values. When selling the area and selling lake properties you are not just selling people homes you are selling them a lifestyle. I have been with my current independent brokerage since I started real estate. Our company is locally owned and all the agents are local residents and have been for years. Who better to sell property in the area then people that have been here most of their lives. My philosphy in real estate is pretty simple. Buying real estate should be a happy experience and that is what I try to make the experience of buying and selling real estate.
I feel I am a well rounded Realtor and have knowledge in selling lakeshore, residential, land and commercial properties. I have sold many individuals their first, second and third homes. I feel as an agent you need to have knowledge in all areas of real estate to be a successful agent. Whether representing a seller or buyer you need to be able to see the entire transaction to work through the tough times in negiotations. I have been selling real estate in central Minnesota (Wright, Stearns, Benton, Meeker and Sherburne counties) for 12 years. With our office out of Annandale and living in Clearwater that is my core area that I represent. I also have been involved in the current market of foreclosures and short sales. Both of these really were not prevalent in the market until the last few years. As an agent you need to learn to adapt to the current market environment to be an successful agent. As an agent you need to be able to communicate to both buyers and sellers that the market has changed and how that will affect them, good or bad.
First home or last home I represent buyers and sellers from beginning to end. Covering Central Minnesota for 12 years. Let me assist you in your real estate needs. Your one stop real estate shop.
