| Ms. Rogers also helped to find my own home and in two more investment purchases as well as a rental. She is an awesome realtor who always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is correct. I have also observed her work with owners who are not present. That takes a special talent and she has it. |

| My wife and I went into the whole process blind, unaware of the meticulous process involved. She suggested the new home owners class that habitat for humanity offered, which was amazing. She was honest and direct and readily available at the drop of a hat. I am a chef and very nervous as to expecting that "if it can go wrong, it will". I haven't been worried in the least with Dagmar helping. She is the one you want, just know what type of house you want, and have a plan. She will NOT disappoint at all. |

| I could not ask for a better agent then Ms. Rogers. We are a military family and greatly appreciated her knowledge as a Military Relocation Professional.
