I have personally helped hundreds of Utah home owners acquire their number one asset, which is their home. Now I'm helping these home-owners understand the power of their equity. I've worked as a financial planner and mortgage loan officer for over 8 years.
I have also helped numerous clients get into investment homes with little money down. By using the equity in their homes they are able to develop a wider portfolio of investment properties which in turn will produce a positive cash flow. Our clients are then able to use the positive cash flow and begin to put their money to work for them in different investment vehicles.
