I work for American Invsco Realty downtown Chicago, in this company, there are only a few agents who speak Spanish, so recently the company decided to form a diversity group called Grupo Bienes Raices means Real Estate Group, which would try an tap into the Hispanic community, what we do in the group, we educate the Spanish speaking community by doing free seminars at schools, we answer many questions about the steps to buying & selling homes, financing, and any other issues the community might have in this market time.  It is a really different atmosphere, than being downtown, there are many hard working individuals who are more than qualified to puchase a home and don't even realize it, because of lack of education or things they have heard in the media.  Also, ones who already own a home, think their home wont sell, not realizing that buyers are out there looking for a nice home!  I hope to educate as many individuals that I can, because the opportunities are endless and these people just need a little extra information to move forward and achieve their dream of owning a home!  Don't get me wrong I also enjoy working with my clients downtown, but it's a really feeling when you help someone purchase a home they never thought possible, than a person who is looking for an investment property.  Ultimately, I enjoy working with all my clients regardless of wealth rank!
