I have been in Real Estate for the last 30 years, as a Realtor, investor and landlord.  I am both a buyers and listing agent as I enjoy working both sides.  I do specialize in the beach cities of Huntington Beach and Newport Beach but yes, I am one of those agents that work just about anywhere. Since I have family living all over, I have become very familiar with many cities and neighborhoods and therefore have sold all the way from Pasadena, out to the IE and down to Coto de Caza and have worked a lot in Irvine with Investors and buyers from out of state.
