One of my passions is working with First-time Homebuyers. While there are some agents that absolutely hate working with these clients, I love it! I think that there is something very special in skillfully helping someone through the complicated process of buying their first home. Most people if you ask them will admit that it wasn't until they bought their third or fourth property that they really understood the process. I am very knowledgeable about grant assistance, bond programs and downpayment assistance programs. There are so many different financial assistance sources for individuals that are first-time buyers as well as those that are repeat buyers.
My other area of expertise is helping people in distressed property situations. I am skilled at assisting people with figuring out what choices they have related to their homes when they are behind on their mortgages. I am an outstanding pre-foreclosure or short-sale specialist.
