I have worked with several families from the Florida area, looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of a fast paced life. They all have been satisfied with their choice of a slower pace. I also have done well at helping first time buyers.It is extremely satisfying helping someone get into a home, especially those who think it is impossible. This past year I have sold anything from vaction homes at the lake ,to rental homes in Dothan. I have also done very well with land.
