Even though I have only lived in Palm Beach County for a little over 5 years, I have quickly become rooted in the community.  I volunteer my time in many ways, but primarily serving as the president of the 500+ member West Palm Beach Downtown Neighborhood Association.  Not only has this allowed me to develop relationships throughout the city, but also has allowed me to take a greater role in helping make the downtown the best it can be.  Making our downtown better and more attractive not only improves our quality of life, but also helps increase values throughout the city.

I regularly attend city commission meetings pertaining to new development, rezoning, or anything that can affect livability in our downtown.  By doing so I feel that I am better able to serve my clients to make smarter real estate investments.  In 2014 I served on the public opinion committee which helped shape the old city hall site redevelopment which begins in 2015, and now also serve on the West Palm Beach visioning team appointed by Mayor Muoio.  The goal will be to build upon the last 30 years of redevelopment that has created the foundation which has helped make West Palm Beach become the premier mid-size in Florida, and now one of the top mid-size cities throughout the country.
