Entered the Real Estate Profession in 1985 and since that ime have been involved in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate for third parties as well as for my own investment interest.  Significant experience in leasing and sales on both sides of each type of transaction.  Experienced in development activities including redevelopment, new construction, Tax Increment Financing Districts and other government supported incentive programs.  Largest project as managing partner is the redevelopment of 125 acres of prime property from a manufacturing facility of 1,200,000 sq. ft. to a 90% developed mixed use retail/office project.
