Why is owning a home the Ameriacan dream?
It's not just an American dream by the way, it's pretty much universal. To own property conjures up visions of status, doesn't it? It says, "I'm important, worthwhile,I've earned my standing within the communittee."
Owning property brings with it a bundle of legal rights: the right of possession, the right to control the property within the framework of the law, the right of enjoyment (that is to use the property in any legal manner), the right of exclusion (to keep others from entering or using the property), and the right of disposition (to sell, will, transfer, or otherwise dispose of or emcumber the property). When you own property (unless stated otherwise in the deed, you own the surface of the land, the subsurface all the way to the core of the earth, and the air above it all the way through our atmosphere. How's that for status?
Buying and selling a house doesn't have to be stressful!
Buying a home is usually the largest purchase a person makes in their lifetime; therefore, it stands to reason that it would be one that is made with careful thought. It's my job to educate my clients. Whether I'm working with a buyer or seller, or both as a facilitator, it is my duty to empower my clients so that they make decisions that are good, and decisions that they can feel good about.
Each of my clients should expect a fiduciary relationship with me. That means, a relationship of trust and confidence, as between trustee and beneficiary, attorney and client, and principal and agent. In short, my job is to look out for the best interest of my clients.
As a real estate professional I can help my clients buy and/or seller their real estate in an effective manner. One that helps my them sort through details, so that they don't have to worry over them.
