I'm in my rookie year as a Real Estate agent. When you look at my picture you quickly see I'm no spring chicken.

What have I been doing most of my adult life you ask? Thanks for asking. I've spent the last 35 years working in the United States Army initially as an electronics technician and over time climbed the career ladder into senior management positions. My first eight years of service was on active duty as a soldier and the remaining time was spent as a Department of the Army civilian.  

As I transition from service to our country to service to our people I bring with me the knowledge, skills, abilities and values learned during my 35 year career with the military.

Just as in most professions these days we use acronyms for everything. The one acronym I brought with me into Real Estate is LDRSHIP. It represents the seven basic values I try very hard to live by each day.  

Loyalty - Bear true faith and allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, the Army, your unit and other Soldiers.

Duty - Fulfill your obligations.

Respect - Treat people as they should be treated.

Selfless Service - Put the welfare of the nation, the Army, and your subordinates before your own.

Honor - Live up to all the Army values.

Integrity - Do what's right, legally and morally.

Personal Courage - Face fear, danger, or adversity [physical or moral].

I will always have a special place in my heart for those that serve.
