10 years of experience in the real estate industry including licensed real estate sales; residential development, new home construction and sales; and commercial property management.
I am currently a licensed Realtor® in Arkansas, with a selling focus in Little Rock and surrounding areas. I have also previously held a license in Oklahoma, selling the Edmond (Oklahoma City area) community.
Prior to moving to Arkansas I spent 5 successful years employed by one of the largest home builders in central Iowa where I worked both with the speculative building process, as well on the sales side of the business. These years of experience allowed me the opportunity to expand my knowledge of not only real estate sales, but also a working knowledge of the home construction process.
Prior to finding my way into the real estate industry and working in this business that is my true calling, I spent many rewarding years in the Human Services field. I have held positions both in agency management and as a front-line field worker bringing assistance programs to the low-income and the elderly. I have been the director of a large daycare center, worked in retail sales, supervised a phone counseling and crisis hot-line department for a counseling center, and was a member of a counseling team for a youth shelter.
The common denominator for all these positions has been my desire to help people identify and meet their needs in a compassionate and positive way. I entered the real estate industry with that same desire, combining my love of the real estate business with my desire to help others and I found my calling!
As a real estate agent I listen carefully to my customer's needs and maintain an ongoing open line of communication. I am positive and proactive, dedicate to my clients, devoted to my business and enthusiastic about helping each and every customer make their real estate transactions successful and pleasant.
