Since 1991 I have served the needs of over 781 clients and customers. Most of those clients are families and/or individuals who were relocating to the Huntsville, AL market area or were first time buyers and we work diligently to help them reconnect to their new community and home, providing support services before, during and after their real estate experience with us. Moving is one of the most stressful times in life, and I find that clients are often concerned about being taken advantage of when going through the purchase process and the negotiations. That is why we stress transparency throughout the entire process - from the first counseling session until after they are unpacking the last boxes in their new home - no hidden agendas. And we expect the same from our clients and customers. Honest, open communication at every step, however small that step might seem, is critical to minimizing the stress one naturally feels when making a move to a new and strange place.

I decided to specialize in meeting the needs of families and individuals relocating to our area after attending several seminars where I was encouraged to find a "point of difference" that I could offer to the consumer. For 20 years prior to starting my real estate career my family and I moved all across the country. Every 24 to 36 months we were relocating to a new home, a new community, new faces, new places. Along the way we had many great experiences and a few fantastic experiences with professional REALTORs who helped us buy and/or sell homes from coast to coast. So when I started my business in Huntsville, AL in 1991, it seemed logical to use our personal experiences and build a system to provide care and support to families and individuals who were going through the relocation experience.
