| Chris came recommended and they were right recommending Chris. I am not a person with any extra time so it was great when Chris would quickly communicate with me by Email, text, phone or in-person. Chris was able to talk to both me and my fiance and ask questions that got us to think and focus our requirements so he could find the best home for us. Chris also communicated to us the steps involved so that we were ready with what was needed, what we qualified for like financing when we needed it. Chris made us knowledgeable of what was going on during the offer process, he was available and ready when the inspection took place, versatile when adjustments were needed and counter offering took place. Chris walked through each and every home that we looked at and had an eye for and noticed places that were in need of repair or were good. He made comments and was able to communicate his assessment of each so we could accurately compare all the choices that he was able to find. The whole process from beginning to end was a easy and was worry-free with Chris because of the experience and his contacts so that if you are new or experienced you have more than just one option. I may have missed more great things than i have written but you will understand when you work with Chris |
