This is part of the reason you are on this page so let me try to give you a synopsis of me. It all started in the 70's in a small town outside of Seoul....just kidding. I am a Christian, Husband to my high school sweetheart(that's our senior year picture on the right), and father of the 3 most awesomest:) kids in the world(at least 7 other people agree with me on this one).
I was raised in the Chicagoland area for most of my life. The only times I did not live in the Chicago area were age 0-2(South Korea) and when I attended college(1 year at IU Bloomington and 3 years at UofI Champaign-Urbana). After college, I worked as an equity options trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange for a number of years before starting Cornerstone Realty and Rentals, Inc. With my background in trading, it has helped me analyze home prices and helps me negotiate homes for my clients by analyzing home pricing data.
I am a fanatical Chicago sports fan. I have lived in various locations in the city, but recently spent my time in the Northwest suburbs and the Northshore. I feel that Chicago and the suburbs are the best place to live in the country and that is why I am so excited to partner with you to achieve your real estate goals.

Having been a lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area, I have extensive knowledge about Cook, Lake, McHenry and Dupage County. I try to keep abreast of the local markets by providing local market stats and info, touring homes through broker tours, and viewing numerous homes with clients.
Real Estate and the way people view real estate is a dynamic and everchanging market. The recent real market has left many homeowners in homes that are "under water" and we have assisted many homeowners complete their short sales.
