We offer SBA 7(a) Loans, SBA 504 Loans, USDA Loans, Business Loans based on cash flow, Acct Receivables, Factoring, Equipment, Purchase Order, Short Term Bridge Loans and business loans with no collateral. Loans can be business only or real estate based.
There are no restrictions on type of property, industry, or population. There are no minimum credit scores.
Financing is available for the following and more: real estate purchase, business purchase, real estate refinance, renovation, equipment, inventory, working capital, partnership buy-outs and ground up construction.

I have been involved the real estate industry for over thirty years.
As an attorney I negotiated purchases, short sales, defended foreclosures and dealt with title issues. I closed loans for twenty years.
My initial experience in lending was as a residential loan officer which begain in the late 1990's.
I began my involvement in SBA Lending, Business Loans, Commercial Financing and Private Lending over fifteen years ago and this is my main lending emphasis today.
