I have several certifications i.e CRS, CRB, SRES,QSC.  The last certification is Quality Service Certified and I certainly live up to that.  When I am working with a client I give them 100% to see that all their Real Estate needs are met.  When I put your home on the market, it doesn't stop there.  I have a marketing plan which I share with my seller clients.  I keep in touch with them at least once a week to  give them feedback on any showing they had that week.  Even if their home was not shown that week, I still call them to see if there is a need that perhaps came up.I make a Visual Tour of their home and prepare a marketing Brochure featuring their home.  This brochure will consist of many pictures of the inside and outside of the home.  If there is a need for staging, I will do my best or if necessary point them in the direction of a professional stager.  I have taken courses on Staging which come in handy with helping seller clients getting their home ready for selling.  Please call me and I would be happy to sit down with you and discuss, not only my company but myself and how I can be of servicew.

Certifications

I specialize in the  marketing of first home buyers and  55+ Communities.  Both are pretty similar as the first time buyer has never bought a home before and the Senior Seller usually has not sold a home in quite some time.  Both take a lot of patience and I pride myself in having the patience and expertise to help these buyers and sellers navigate through the process.  It is one of the most important decisions one can make and shoule not be taken lightly.  It is very important to do all possible to help these buyers and sellers make very good decisions for their personal needs.  For the buyer, it is important that they get all the information needed with regards to schools, shopping, transportation, houses of worship and community organizations.  Many years will be invested in living in an area and the comfort level of the buyer should be of utmost importance.  The family moving from a 55+ community needs just as much attention and patience as they also have not moved in some time.  Whether heading to a 55+ community or moving on from one, patience is a must.  A CMA must be prepared so they know the inventory in the neighborhood, what other homes like theirs are presently on the market and which homes like theirs have sold within the last 6 months.  Also, it is very important to learn how long these homes took to sell.  All this will help the homeowner in determining the correct asking price for their home so it sells at the highest and best price in the shortest length of time.  It is important also for the family moving into the 55+ community so they are aware of the asking and selling prices.  My areas are:  Monroe Township, South Brunswick, Cranbury and  East Windsod.  I look forward to being in a position to help you make the right decision for you and your family.
