Collen Henderson began his career in the entertainment media at 18 with his focus on assistant directing and acting for various tv shows and teen comedy films. During his attendance at the film academy at the Los Angeles College, Collen’s focus was shifted from film industry to real estate. Coming from a family of mortgage brokers in Raleigh North Carolina, Collen wasn’t very surprised that his attraction to real estate became more that just a simple curiosity. Ivan Estrada Ivan Estrada’s passion for real estate began when he fully remodeled the interior and exterior of his parent’s home, transforming it completely at the age of 19. After attending the University of Southern California and majoring in business and accounting, Ivan completed his CPA certification and worked for the fifth largest public accounting firm in the country “McGladrey & Pullen” for 2 years. With broad range of financial experience servicing clients such as American Apparel, John Paul Mitchell, St. John and No Fear, Ivan decided to take the next step and become a partner in the Collen and Ivan brand and become one of the top up-and-coming agents in the business for the Coldwell Banker Previews International Brokerage.
