My approach to real estate is very simple.  I work hard for my clients and give them my honest advice.  I do my best to listen to their needs and help them achieve what they desire.  I'm a member of the Placer County Master's Club which is a designation for top producing real estate agents in our area.  I've served on the Placer County Association of Realtor's Ethics Committee. 

My background besides being a Realtor also includes receiving  a degree in Advertising and Marketing and working in that industry for 17 years.  My experience in high level negotiations and marketing to multi-million dollar companies allows me to communicate well and understand what it takes to reach an agreement which is beneficial to all.

I specialize in lakefront, golf course, and horse properties.  I have knowledge in custom building homes and vacant land purchases.
