I got started in Real Estate in 1997 when I bought my first 3 family for $29,000 in Spencer. At that time I was also buying land in putting up modular homes. The land market was very hot at that time and it was hard to buy the best lots when they came on the market. I remember calling on an ad in the Sunday paper that read "Great Lot - JUST LISTED - FIRST Ad". When I called it was already under agreement. At that time I decided to get my Real Estate license. A few years later I recieved my Brokers license. With over 15 years of handling my rentals, new constructions, renovations, and buying and selling homes, I have helped hundreds of clients do the same.

We do a great job screening tenants. We have seen and hear it all. We can rent your apartments for you for one month commission. We can also help you find your first investment property. We have renovated and flipped properties for profit and actively have clients still doing this in this market. Having built new construction homes and having a huge network of experts helps us build to suit custom homes. We also have lots of experience with land development including survaying, subdividing, wetland deliniation, and interpreting bi-laws.
