Cheryle has over 30 years of experience in handling residential resale, refinance, reverse mortgage purchase and refinance, new construction, manufactured housing/land packages, vacant land and commercial transactions.  Cheryle is an expert in handling Reverse purchase and Reverse refinance transactions. Cheryle is also experienced in working with "FSBO" (for sale by owner) transactions.  She has the technical knowledge, expertise, confidence and professionalism to carry transactions from opening of escrow to a successful closing. 

Cheryle goes out of her way to provide an exceptional degree of customer service.  She answers her phone and if she's not able to take your call right away she always responds to voice messages and e-mails very promptly and is available to answer any questions that arise.

Originally from Washington State, Tucson has been Cheryle's home since 1972.   Cheryle was the first in her family to earn a High School Diploma, graduating in the top 10% of her class.   After High School Cheryle went to work for The Arizona Bank/Security Pacific Bank, and completed a number of college level business & banking courses at Pima Community College.  Her 14 year career in Banking paved the way for a successful transition into Title and Escrow in 1992.  Cheryle earned her professional designation as Certified Escrow Officer in 1997 through the Arizona State Escrow Association, becoming an Escrow Officer shortly thereafter.  She stays informed through continuing education, attending Classes whenever possible.

Cheryle is a member of Southern Arizona Mortgage Lender Association. The Southern Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association (SAMLA) was formed to serve their members by providing educational opportunities, promoting legislation favorable to our industry and to home ownership, and maintaining high ethical standards. SAMLA is also committed to expanding home ownership opportunities for the under served residents of Arizona. SAMLA gives back to the community by providing educational opportunities through its U of A and Pima College Scholarship program. SAMLA provides home buyer information to the public by providing first time home buyer seminars and other educational programs throughout the community.

In her spare time, Cheryle enjoys cooking and entertaining with family and friends and traveling to new and exciting places.
