Carol has been active in real estate & financing for over 20 years. Her prior diverse and eclectic sojourns have included the completion of a BA in a Humanities Honors program, a JD received upon completion of law school, work as a sub-rosa investigator for a fair housing non-profit and several university level teaching positions. Carol has lived in Santa Cruz County 1996, where her hobby is owning and operating "Y-Knot Ranch", a peaceful, private equestrian facility located in the Aptos hills.
