I grew up in Vancouver BC before moving to WA in 1995 so I have an intimate understanding of both the mindset and the concerns Canadians typically have when it comes to purchasing and selling property in the USA. We have assembled a very dynamic and knowledgeable team that can help with immigration, accounting, tax, insurance (all kinds) and even NEXUS questions.
