As a Colorado Native, I am always happy and proud to tell people about Colorado and help them find a home they will love. I have lived and worked in Northern Colorado for more than 20 years. I am quite familiar with most areas of the state and can always find more information for customers on specific areas.
My degree in Business & Marketing from the University of South Florida and my sales and banking experience serve as great background for real estate. Most important, I love meeting new people and helping them to achieve their dreams. Networking and community involvment are really important to me. If I can help people sell a home or find the home of their dreams- that is the best! My customers become friends if they weren't already.
My office is in Berthoud, which is growing by leaps and bounds!
I spend most of my time with customers along the Front Range. I especially enjoy working in golf course communities. New homes or resale, I help customers look at all aspects of their sale or purchase in order to make the best long-term decision possible. For most people, this is their biggest purchasing decision. It takes time and energy to make sure that it is right for them.
Since I moved around the country before my children were born, I understand the details involved and the concerns of moving long distance. I am glad to help with information and referrals to make that transition as smooth as possible.
