| We met Cindy through an attorney contact who had recommended her. Our move was from S. Florida to Braselton, GA. I was especially impressed with her patience and tenacity. She just kept sending us many various options. Her challenge was to bring my wife and me together as we were coming at this decision from two separate angles. She was very knowledgeable of the area because she had worked the area for so long. She had great resources from her agency - Furnari Realty. Her advice was invaluable yet not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and the house that we bought was just perfect for us. |

| I worked with Cindy on the sale of my home in Sugar Hill, GA in 2013. She was very thorough evaluating pricing and understanding what the differences were between my home and the comparable sales. She understood current market trends and was able to explain how that would impact pricing and timing of the sale. I was extremely happy with how quickly we had activity on my home. | I feel incredibly fortunate that my husband and I were given Cindy's information for our cross-country move. We knew next to nothing about the area we were moving to, and Cindy honed in on exactly what we were looking for, and helped us find the perfect home. She is incredibly responsive via email, text or phone and makes it her personal goal to make sure you are getting exactly what you need in a timely fashion. We actually ran into some serious road blocks (a low assessment and an untimely job loss) and Cindy was more than willing to work with us regardless of the problems. I can't recommend her enough and will absolutely use her again should we need to relocate in the future! |

| Cindy is a "go-getter" who works hard to make sure all loose ends are completed. She made sure everything was taken care of so we could get into our house in a timely fashion.
