| Troy has been very professional and responsive each step of the way. I have found him very friendly and takes time to discuss any issue that relates to loan type and when would be the best time to lock the loan rate. He is the first loan person I have dealt with that has allowed me to outline how I wanted the loan and loan process to unfold. Every other loan official I have dealt with, and there have been many in my long life, has had a one-size-fits-all approach with most decisions based on what would be in there better interest. |

| Best experience acquiring a loan that I have ever had. We received the best rate available (much lower then the competition) all while barely lifting a finger. There were literally no problems that my wife and I needed to address during the process.....those that did come up were taken care of by him and his staff professionally and effectively. He was always very courteous and respectful and at no time did we feel rushed to make a decision or feel secondary to his other obligations. I have referred him to several of my friends and colleges. With the rate that he gave us and the level of service that we received, I feel somewhat obligated to return the favor........ |

Bottomline, we closed early, as promised, with low fees and the best rates even compared to the lowest online offers, but with the convenience of being local. |
