Well folks, to start off with, let us correct the title of this page...it should read "About You", after all we at Hurst Home Realty are here to help you, our clients and customers! We believe strongly in providing exceptional, quality service to our clients. We believe that our clients needs come before our own needs. Its really NOT about me but about you!
We believe that our fiduciary duty is more than a duty, but reflects on how we treat people everyday of our life. Yes, we return your phone calls and e-mails personally. We work directly with you through the entire process of buying or selling your home, we never "hand you off" to someone else (unless we just simply can not help you). We have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your real estate goals

We love what we do! We love working with first time buyers or working with sellers. Hurst Home Realty does have a Buyer's Agent and Listing Agents.
Market areas that we work in specifically are Loomis, Newcastle and Penryn, which are more rural areas, and very family oriented. These areas usually are on larger lots, 'horse properties', or lots and land all within Placer County and located in the Sierra foothills. Other areas that we work in are Granite Bay, Rocklin and Roseville.
