I am Charles (Chuck) Varga and have spent the last 25 years working as a real estate consultant and a licensed contractor in Arizona. Prior to moving to the US, I lived in Canada and was a Police Officer and then a real estate appraiser.    

 I have been fortunate to have worked in senior management positions for both local and international companies on new developments. I have initiated the development of master planned communities and as a licensed contractor have built custom homes, shopping centers, churches, and office buildings. My experience and understanding of real estate, finance, construction and contract law gave me the tools necessary to enjoy a successful and rewarding career.

I am currently an Associate Broker and hold my GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute).  

I live in Scottsdale Arizona, have been an active member of youth sports and have been active in my community by sitting on non-profit boards which run programs for distressed youth.
