Beach Neighbors Spotlight is a full color publication in it's 10th year and is exclusively mailed monthly to homes in Santa Cruz, County with the goal of helping community connect.
I'm a proud Mother of a son who's the most amazing man I've met. He's stoic in his journey, a constant inspiration. He has Cystic Fibrosis, is thriving, healthy and well after receiving the gift of life twice. He received a double lung transplant at 19 and again at 26. We're living in gratitude of selfless donors, their family and friends.

| I first met Chris when I bought a townhouse in Santa Cruz, CA. She was representing the person selling the townhouse. As she did such a great job for her client, when it came time for me to sell the townhouse myself, I asked Chris to represent me. My house sold on the first open house weekend for my asking price - a record for the townhouse complex at that time. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris and if I have the opportunity to go back to Santa Cruz, I'll be asking her to help me buy a house |
