JPI is a single member entity established to pursue a parallel career in real estate investing. My goal is to build knowledge, improve my skills, and become financially independent while establishing a reputation as an ethical go-to person in the short sale, REO, and rental areas of the real estate market. My desires are to establish a firm foundation in the residential market then begin to build upon that foundation in the commercial market.
