| I've worked with Chris Gurnee and Chris Rigby for a couple years now they're top notch. As a lender, I interact with many Realtor's who are alwasy touting how much experience they have, how great they are at negotiating and that they always put thier clients needs first. Then, during the loan process the true colors come out. This is NOT the case with Chris Gurnee and Chris Rigby. They put thier clients needs first and truly listen to thier needs and goals. | Chris took our condo that had minimal net proceeds left over from my moms estate and maximized our money into pocket. Chris had extensive market knowledge of Ballard and was able to list and negotiate with few offers as we had an older unit without all the current updates yet he was still able to sell this condo for me and my brother in a reasonable amount of time |

| My experience in working with Chris Gurnee was excellent! He was exceptional at locating houses that fit our needs and their was not a time of day or night that he would not show us a property. We ended up putting an offer on a house that we really liked in North Seattle, but the deal fell through because of the inspection. As it turned out, the house had major issues. Chris immediately pulled us out of the deal and we received our earnest money back no problem. I felt the it showed a lot to his integrity and that he was looking out for us; and that he would not try to convince us to go with a faulty home that we liked, just to get a deal done! I would completely recommend Chris and his team and don't think you could find a more quality and ethical guy out there! |
