| the first thing chip said to us when meeting was, 'i want to give you YOUR DREAM.' it is almost impossible to express what chip and his team did for our family. as a new yorker - manhattan, i am always skeptical of anyone that promises what chip did but.... he delivered. first let me say we (my kids, my husband and i) call him UNCLE CHIP at this point. second, i found him on-line last summer while searching for agents. i wrote to him - along with half a dozen other agents - that we were interested in a second home along the jersey shore. it was HIS team (notably heather) who so impressed me with constant feedback and information on properties and her responses at all hours of the day. once we met chip and began looking at houses, his knowledge, honesty, humor and personality won us over to the point we felt he was buying the house with us. when the negotiating process began, not only was chip able to get us our counter offer HE NEGOTIATED EVEN LESS without us even knowing! our closing was a nightmare! but his team took care of every minor detail, never let on the work or stress they were handling on our behalf and made it all happen. we love our beach cottage, but even more, the experience we had was so wonderful we love it even more. there is no one else we would ever trust to buy or sell with. this team eats, drinks and dreams jersey real estate! i cannot recommend them enough!!!! |
