Having lived most of my life in Wasilla, Alaska  - moving to Anacortes, WA was such a treat. I love Alaska, but now I understand why they say Alaska only has three seasons. The sight of tulips emerging through the soil in February and March is a welcome sign to spring. I love every aspect of living in an ocean front town - island living we call it.
