I feel that when talking with a Buyer or Seller you should listen very carefully to what they have to say.  You should find out what is important to them, what their needs are and what their fears are.   I want to make sure that what is important to them is just as important to me if not more, that their needs are met to the fullest and that their fears are addressed so that they may have a very pleasurable experience whether they are buying or selling!  Fears are usually a lack of understanding!  I am a very aggressive Realtor and I have alot of confidence in who I am and what I stand for.  If you don't believe in who you are then how can you expect someone else to believe in you.  Please check out my personal website at www.dothanhomesonline.com for more informaton on the area that I live in and additional information on me!  Remember, I am just a phone call away!
