ExperienceMy entry into the real estate profession in 2003 was preceded by 40 years experience as an engineer (M.S. in Engineering from Columbia University), entrepreneur, and business consultant. For 19 years I owned and operated a supply company that achieved its success through innoavative technology, skillful product marketing and superior customer service. TechnologyMy life-long involvement in technology has certainly prepared me for the increasing reliance of home buyers on the Internet as a buying tool. I stay on top of the latest trends and techniques, so that I can quickly adapt those that will facilitate the sale of my clients' homes. Geographical ExpertiseHaving lived in Canton for 11 years, I keep myself informed on the schools, communities and changing markets in Cherokee County. I am president-elect of the Rotary Club of Cherokee County. I am also a member of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, and the Southeast Cherokee Business Network.  Communication I am literally available 24/7, except when attending church (Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings) and when meeting with clients. I program my clients phone numbers into my everpresent cell phone so that I can return their calls promptly. I am also proactive in keeping clients informed of anything that could affect them. RecognitionAs a productive member of  the Keller Williams teams in Canton, I have served on its Agent Leadership Council, which functions as the executive board for this office, with responsibility for agent training. My Commitment to YouI will jump through hoops to satisfy your real estate needs and aspirations.

Certifications

While browsing my name on Google the other day, I came across a link to a web site that documented my early experience as a child actor in New York City.  By the time I reached high school, my interest shifted from acting to musical performing -- I attended the H.S. of Music And Art in New York.  While attending Columbia University, where I majored in math and engineering, I continued my musical studies.

When I moved to Canton in 1998 with my Georgia-born wife, the former Boycew Forrester, I joined the Cherokee County Community Chorale and the Cherokee County Arts Center, where I served for three years on the Board Directors.
