My intention is to facilitate real estate transactions with fun, friendliness, and financially conscious success.

Education is an on-going process.  As I gather insights about life, I apply them to make change for the better.  Many of my clients have benefited from the wisdom I have garnered in real estate seminars, considering savings and bringing a greater ease to the transaction.  For example, sellers order a home warranty policy during the make ready process and have peace of mind as they approach an inspection period.  First-time home buyers get into programs that help them reduce interest rates.

Coherence is a way to bring it all together.  As I interact with my clients, their goals, whether conscious or unintentional, become evident.  Crystallizing their vision, forming a pathway for them, and integrating the plan into the process bring satisfying outcomes.  Guiding my clients through high or low energy motion, allows doubt and resistance to release its grip on progress. 

Bringing all participants of the transaction, including agents whom send me referrals, into singular focus for interaction gives me great pleasure.
