Chris is a SIPI (Southwest Institute of Property Inspection) Certified Inspector.  This certification requires many hours of extensive classroom training, field training, and continuing education for annual re-certification. His educational and professional background includes home inspection training from SIPI, a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University, as well as nearly 10 years in commercial and residential construction in and around Philadelphia.  He also completes a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education each year as required by Inspect-It 1st. We enjoy working with people, are very customer oriented and love our work inspecting homes. To provide peace of mind to our clients, we carry the most comprehensive Errors & Omissions Insurance available on the market. In addition we carry General Liability Insurance.
