| I have been working with the Black Team for nearly a year now. I have been pleased with the whole staff. I flip homes for a living and sometimes communication issues do arise, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this team. Christian is very knowledgeable with the market and current trends of todays ever changing market. He does return calls in a timely manner and that is big to me. I highly recommend him as a realtor. |

| We where being stationed here at Ft Campbell and really wanted to find a place before we had to report to Ft Campbell we contacted a few realtors in search of a house and land that fit our needs and wants. After talking with a few people we decided to go with Christian black and his team he was the only one who seemed out going and willing to help us search for the house and land we really wanted.He was always there for us any time day or night we made plans to come to TN from NY for a weekend to look at land and Christian came in on a Saturday and took us around we found the land and layout that we really wanted christian listened to us and explained everything so that we understood the buying/building process over the next few months before we made our move Christian and his team took pictures to keep us updated and helped answer any question we had. Once we made it down here to TN our house was ready within a week Christian did our walk through with us and even after closing he has still be available for us to ask questions about things. With us being new to the buying/building process there where a lot of things we didn't know, Christian was always there to help us along the way. Our home buying process was so smooth and easy we had no issues with anything. If your looking for a great realtor who will go above and beyond for his clients and a great buying/selling experience i HIGHLY recommend that you contact Christian and his team they are wonderful people who aren't just there for the money they really do care! :) |
