Our office is easy to find, less than a mile from Interstate 10 at Exit 112, about halfway between Tallahassee & Pensacola. We are open on Saturday by prior arrangement, and eager to learn our visitors' property needs and wants.
As a former journalist, I thrive on research-- comparables, preliminary title search, flood zone, whatever the customer needs to know. HUD-training on fair-lending practices, have always tried to discourage 100% financing. I am a member of the Chipola Area Board of Realtors and its Fair Housing Committee.
I speak Spanish well enough to provide a comfort level, and also keep HUD informational material in Spanish on hand.
