Cathy has been a Realtor in North Orange County for the past 13 years, having started her professional selling of real estate with Tarbell Realtors.  Her love of real estate goes back much further than that, however.  She and her husband bought and sold multiple homes and investment properties down through the years while living on the Monterey Peninsula prior to moving to Southern California 15 years ago.

During the past 10 years, Cathy has helped first time homebuyers find that perfect first home, investors maximize their real estate holdings through 1031 exchanges and assisted buyers and sellers as they moved up to bigger and better homes.  One of the greatest joys for Cathy is the on-going relationships with her clients.  "Client for life" is not just an expression, but a reality for her. 

Cathy is married to her high school sweetheart, Tom, has three grown children and 9 grandchildren.  She and her husband are members of Friends Church of Yorba Linda where she is involved in teaching in the Children's Ministry.
