It is with great pleasure that I wish to commend your office for the excellent service our family received during our recent real estate transactions.  Even more so, I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to Catherine Barden for her support and superior professionalism in handling both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home.

 Even though our home had a problem selling due to not having a master bathroom, Catherine holding several open houses and communicating with prospective buyers, worked very hard and was able to get us our asking price.

Catherine started helping us look to buy our second home in one city. After awhile of not finding what we wanted, she kept up the pursuit to our happiness into another city. After several outings and many homes, we had an offer in on a home and would be moving in!

Just as you learn "what you should have looked for and done" when purchasing your first home, you also learn what type of Realtor you should have looked for and had. We could not have done better on our second round! Throughout the process of searching for a home, we were very impressed with Catherine.  She quickly came in tune with our every little desire.  I don't think she ever missed pointing out one thing that was to our liking, even when we were too caught up to notice. We found dealing with Catherine a real pleasure, she was very professional and yet at the same time like a neighbor, very warm and friendly. She acted with a sense of urgency during the entire process of the sale. I have found that the real test of your agent comes during the closing process, things can get difficult, but she handled everything great, she had the expertise to handle the most trying of circumstances with grace.

We were moving out of state and left before the final closing of the sale, she had us covered. She made sure everything could be taken care of for the new owner. During this time she really took care of our needs like they were her own.
