I have called Fairfax County home for the past 20+ years and I adore everything that our corner of the Commonwealth has to offer! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech where I developed a keen interest in social media. I leverage the advantages that social media has to offer to help better serve my clients - whether that means tailoring a marketing plan for my listings on targeted platforms, or seeking out the perfect home for my buyers online before that listing even hits the market.
They say that if you choose a job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life. | Casey Menish helped me evaluate the market so I could determine whether this was a good time to sell my home. Her research was extremely thorough and she helped me uncover market conditions I never would have thought to examine. We determined that, in my particular situation, it's not the best time to sell. But her attitude was as positive when we finished the process as it was at the beginning. I truly believe she wants what is best for me.
