Get to Know Carrie Foley
Originally born and raised in Woodinville, Carrie attended high school overseas in Singapore before coming back to her home town to attend the University of Washington and obtained a B.S. in Psychology. After the purchase of her first home in Lynnwood, Carrie realized her love for Real Estate transactions and made the decision to forego graduate school to obtain her real estate license in 2002. When she is not helping home buyers and sellers, Carrie enjoys spending time with her son, Hayden, daugher, Lauren and her husband, Rob. Carrie volunteers at the local YMCA participating in fun youth and teen activities and supports local food banks and participates in Prudential Northwest's annual Global Volunteer Day. Achievements Carrie Foley has achieved Million Dollar Producer status and Leading Edge Society. She participates in over 35 transactions a year! Her vast array of experience allows her to provide quality, knowledgeable service to all of her clients. Carrie began her real estate carreer specializing in New Construction - from vacant land through development and new home building marketing and sales. In recent years, Carrie has refined her expertise and experience helping homeowners navigate short sales and foreclosure. Her degree in psychology has allowed her to take a more personal approach to helping home buyers and sellers through a stessful sale. Carrie also works with several local and national banks on current REO inventory.
