I LOVE a good deal. I love to see my buyers get a good deal. But a good deal is relative... Relative to what you want and why you want it.
A good deal for someone who wants a gathering place for a large family that will be the place for lots of memories oer the coming years is a very different one than the one for a contractor who wants to buy a place, fix it up and sell it at a profit. I know it is my job to understand those differences.
I will spend the time needed to help my buyers find the right property. I strive to understand what the right property is and when I think we've found it I work like crazy to make sure it doesn't slip through my buyer's fingers.
For sellers, I focus on what the seller needs and how they can make the most from their transaction. Since I work with so many buyers, I know what they're looking for and where they look for property. I use fabulous tools like narrated virtual tours, call capture to "net" prospective buyers and some great analytics to evaluate our marketing efforts. If the property doesn't sell as fast as expected, there is "real data" to help us decide the best course of action.
Ultimately, I always remember that it's my client's party. They decide which songs to dance to and which ones to sit out. I do everything in my power to supply them with the information they need to make good decisions.
When it comes to supplying information, I'm extremely qualified. I spent the first five years in Real Estate as a full time loan officer. I have worked in financial services since 2001 and truly appreciate the value real estate can add to one's personal balance sheet.

| Carol took my listing of my house January 2019. The first three months the weather was a big problem in showing my home. The house was a fixer and I was not in Big Bear Lake so I needed Carol to cover everything to sell the home. Carol even took my two cats as their new mom. I have been a real estate appraiser for over 25 years and I can say that Carol give you the personal service you need when you are selling or buying a home in Big Bear Lake. | Carol is amazing. She works quickly and efficiently. We only had one day to spend in big bear and gave her less than 48 hours notice and she was able to pull through ans show us multiple houses in one morning. She is knowledgeable about all types of properties and has an extensive list if people she will refer you to that will give you a fair price for any repairs or upgrades you may need. Her work does not stop once the deal is closed, she continues to have your back and follow up with your property and any needs you may need. Bottom line Carol is awesome. I highly recommend you use her If you are looking for a local realtor. You wont regret it. |

We had very specific needs of which Carol went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed and stuck with us during the process. | Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Big Bear City, CA Carol was very helpful in all aspects of my home purchase. I felt very comfortable with her from our first phone conversation and knew that I could trust her to help me in my home search. I had some very specific requirements and once I explained my unique needs to her, she focused on properties that she thought would meet those criteria. She didn't try to take me to places out of my price range, and was always very responsive and accommodating to my schedule and availability, even if it meant talking outside "normal" business hours since I was not local to the area. We found the place I wanted right away, but I wanted to see a few more to compare and see how I felt about the place. Just within that day, it turned out the place I liked had an accepted offer, so we kept looking. I lost track of how many places we looked at together, it was probably somewhere near 30 or so, and none of them seemed to be the "right" one. As luck would have it, the place I liked had the deal fall through, and Carol helped guide me to make sure that my offer would prevail. I will always be grateful to Carol for her knowledge, resources, patience, and persistence. I would not hesitate to utilize her services again if the need should arise. |

| I have been through a few real estate transactions and Carol was by far the most amazing real estate person I have ever encountered.. I submitted an offer on a vacation home, with a contingency of selling my current vacation home. I not only had to sell my current house but had to get within 10,000 of my asking price for this deal to work. My offer was accepted and my house was sold in 21 days for 5,000 below asking. There were quite a few things that needed to be done on both ends of the deal and Carol knew how to take care of it with minimal cost. When I need a real estate agent in Big Bear . | I was looking at properties in Big Bear, California for over a year with another agent. I found a property that interested me and asked that agent to submit an offer. He was out of town and said he could do it when he returned a week later. Impatient because the property was in foreclosure and the lending institution was about to award, I gave Carol a cold call. She jumped into action and went over and above to help me try to land a very difficult foreclosure listing. Although we didn't get that particular listing, Carol found me not one but two other properties within a month. I would up purchasing both properties at well over fifty thousand dollars under market each! I even closed the first property within two weeks of submitting the offer. What a Dynamo that Carol Neu. She's definitely the mover/shaker in Big Bear!! |
