I have a degree in Finance which has helped me to work out difficult transactions and to help clients to understand their financing options. As a native of Tuscaloosa, I'm comfortable and knowledgeable about all areas of my market area. I always listen to a client's needs before giving advice which is always very direct. My specialty is helping clients through all the challenges in each transaction with a high degree of competance and always with sympathy and understanding for what they are experiencing. My patience in helping buyers find the home of their choice creates a high degree of comfort between myself and buyers. I try to make the experience fun, even though it's very hard work for the client. The clients who list their homes with me hear from me on a regular basis regarding the progress of their marketing and showings, including feedback. I hold the ABR, GRI and Associate Broker designations, but the accomplishment I am most proud of is my extremely high rate of repeat business over the years.
