Carolina Rainer recently joined GRUPO ZERO INTL REALTY ( GZI REALTY)  as a real estate broker and motivational coach.

Native from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Carolina Rainer moved to Miami 9 years ago  with a License in Psychology and marketing experience.  She got intrigued  by the real estate business when she was hired by The Bentley Group ( developers of the Bentley Hotel,  Bentley Beach and Bentely Bay)  to work as a HR Director to recruit a sale force to promote their new developments on Miami Beach.  

In 2003 Carolina was hired by International Sales Group as a Marketing Psychology Analyst promoting ISG projects through her network of international real estate brokers.  She later became Sales Director for MEI, a luxury ocean front condominium on Miami Beach and accomplished 135 million dollar sale out within a 6 month period.

During the past 6 years Carolina Rainer sold more than 400 million dollars in real estate, she believes that " We all need a strategy for success and that is what I teach in my sales and motivational training sessions" . She is now hiring new agents for GRUPO ZERO to develop a successful team that she will personally coach to help them grow personally and professionally "
