I am very excited to be a full time, active real estate agent and REALTOR. I am an agressive, honest, hard working agent who will be available for you. I have 20 + years of real estate and mortgage finance experience. I am associated with RE/MAX Associates-Athens, Inc. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR). I have access to all listing in our market area. I have enjoyed being one of the top agents in Athens area since 1996 and I am very knowledgeable with regard to home values and trends in the market place.
I enjoy making the home buying and selling experience for my clients as stress-free as possible. I do this by listening to their desires and needs; I then personalize my services to meet their specific needs. I am available any day or evening of the week by appointment. I am single, so evening or weekend appointments are not a problem. My wirehaired fox terrier, Ms. Bentley and her cat "George" never seem mind if I work late.
I also enjoy a great reputation as a creative, hard working seller's agent. When listing your home, it is so important to choose an agent whom you can trust. Most sellers are afraid that once they list their home, the agent will disappear. I maintain weekly contact with my sellers, so that we can adjust our marketing plan if necessary.
