| Carmen was so kind and heart felt during our sad time when my dad past and we had to sell his home. She brought in the history of our home. Carmen knew so many people that could help us. For example, putting in hard wood floors, panting, cleaning, touching up the house with a little paint here and there so the house didn't look so sad. Carmen put her all into this house and I would highly recommend her. |

| I was referred to Carmen back in 2012 and after the experience we shared, I will only recommend her to my friends. Carmen helped me find a home, not just a house. The seller was extremely difficult and the transaction took 6 months to close. Carmen kept me informed throughout the entire purchase process. Carmen is one of the most determined people I know and in real estate, that is what makes or breaks the transaction. At the end of month 5 when I thought, oh this will never close, Carmen surprised me with the great news that the seller had signed. She talked to the neighbors gardner and had the lawn mowed, before moving in she had her contractor replace a railing and patch some holes. Those are but a few things that Carmen did for me, I can't ever thank her enough for not giving up, I really do think most realtors would have walked away. Thank you Carmen, the least I can do is to continue to recommend Carmen to my friends and anyone I know who is looking for a place to call home. |

| This was my 3rd real estate purchase and it was by far the best experience of the three. The whole process from beginning to its end was as she had described. No hidden surprises. Carmen really knows her stuff and knows how to communicated. She was always very prompt with information and with answers.
