I love taking mini-retreats to NYC with my friends and family.  My husband and I try to skip away without the kids for a night or two and we always pick NYC.  My children are now getting to the age where they want to go and see everything so we may have to start taking them but it's close enough we'll just have to make more than one trip!!!
